Logan North Industrial Park

Logan North Industrial Park is a 415-acre master-planned logistics park in Logan Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey, developed by Greek Real Estate Partners in a joint venture with Advance Realty Investors. The park comprises 7 Class A logistics buildings totaling more than 2.7 million square feet, positioned on U.S. Route 322 just north of Interstate 295 with direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike and same-day reach to the Philadelphia and New York markets. Site approvals also cover several out parcels along the project frontage intended for retail development.

Entitlement work included a partnership with the New Jersey Department of Transportation on a state highway upgrade covering more than one mile of roadway and the addition of two fully signalized intersections. Following approvals, Greek Real Estate Partners started construction of the first phase in the first quarter of 2020, delivering the highway widening, a 1.1-million-square-foot fulfillment center, and a build-to-suit cold storage warehouse. Subsequent phases added speculative logistics buildings that leased ahead of completion, including 100 Crossroads Blvd to SEKO Logistics and 701 Crossroads Blvd to LaserShip.
