Amazon’s recent launch of Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is prompting industry professionals to reconsider how companies will approach warehouse networks and third-party logistics providers in the years ahead. The new platform allows companies to access Amazon’s freight, warehousing, fulfillment and delivery network, arriving at a moment when industrial real estate trends are increasingly centered on efficiency rather than expansion.
