Rapidly growing 3PL leader SpeedX leases 165K SF at Linden Logistics Center

Greek Real Estate Partners and Advance Realty Investors have leased 165,000 square feet to SpeedX, a third-party logistics provider, at their newly completed 4.1 million-square-foot industrial campus in Linden, just off the New Jersey Turnpike.

CBRE’s Tom Monahan and Larry Schiffenhaus represented the ownership at the 350-acre Linden Logistics Center, a joint venture by Advance, Greek, and PGIM Real Estate. Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate of Bussel Realty Corp represented SpeedX.
