This cold storage speculative warehouse in Mount Laurel was designed to provide an energy-efficient solution for modern cold chain logistics. The facility features a large freezer capable of reaching temperatures as low as -10°F and is zoned for four separate temperature areas. The warehouse features a full CO₂ refrigeration system with 31,920 freezer pallet positions, providing capacity for high-volume operations.

The building achieved LEED Gold certification and operates as an all-electric facility, eliminating gas-powered heating and cooling units to reduce carbon emissions and operational costs. The project also includes a spec office, offering built-in flexibility for potential tenants. Greek managed the full scope of the project—from design and entitlements through construction—delivering a best-in-class cold storage facility that sets a new standard for efficiency, flexibility, and environmental responsibility.
