Greek Real Estate Partners Named to NJBIZ’s In the Lead 2026: Family-Owned Businesses
NJBIZ has released its In the Lead 2026 list honoring family-owned businesses across New Jersey, and Greek Real Estate Partners is proud to be among the companies recognized. The annual feature highlights firms whose family leadership has shaped their industries and communities over generations.
The profile, published August 3, 2026, spotlights Managing Partner David Greek and the East Brunswick-based firm’s 92-year history in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania industrial real estate markets. Since 1934, GREP has completed over 33 million square feet of development projects and currently ranks as the third largest real estate developer in New Jersey.
As NJBIZ writes, “Now led by the third generation of the Greek family, the firm pairs decades of institutional knowledge with a long-term ownership perspective that informs every project it develops and manages.” However, longevity alone does not tell the full story. The recognition reflects the integrated structure behind the firm’s work: Greek Real Estate Partners oversees site selection, acquisitions, and leasing; Greek Design|Build manages design and construction; and Greek Management handles property and asset management, allowing an in-house team to control every phase of development through ribbon cutting and occupancy.
Today, GREP manages a portfolio encompassing over 23 million square feet in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, built on the long-term client relationships that remain the hallmark of the company.
