David Greek Honored with Distinguished Citizen Award at 35th Annual Labor, Construction & Real Estate Awards
NEWARK, N.J. — Greek Real Estate Partners is proud to announce that Managing Partner David Greek was honored with the Distinguished Citizen Award at the 35th Annual Labor, Construction & Real Estate Awards Dinner, hosted by the Patriots’ Path Council of Scouting America.
The Distinguished Citizen Award recognizes individuals whose professional accomplishments, leadership and commitment to community service embody the values of Scouting. David was recognized for his contributions to industrial real estate, infrastructure advocacy and economic development throughout New Jersey, as well as his longstanding dedication to strengthening the communities where Greek Real Estate Partners develops, constructs and manages industrial properties.
The annual event brought together leaders from New Jersey’s labor, construction and commercial real estate industries to celebrate excellence in leadership and service. David was honored alongside fellow recipient James Wyatt, with Justin Drysdale serving as Event Chair. During the program, Dan Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer of NAIOP New Jersey, delivered remarks recognizing David’s leadership, integrity and lasting impact on the commercial real estate industry.
Accepting the award, David reflected on the values that have guided both his career and Greek Real Estate Partners’ continued growth.
